Due to regulatory and AML compliance regulations, you are not allowed to update your own personal information.

If you need to make changes to your personal information, please contact the company that issued the funds to you. They will be able to help you initiate this process. If necessary, you may also contact MassPay support for changes at support@masspay.io.

Please note:

  • Changes usually take 2 business days;
  • You are allowed to update banking information.
