Why Is My Account Locked?

A copy of your photo ID will be required in order to continue and/or reactivate/unlock your account.

MassPay and our payout partners require a copy of your photo ID in order to continue and/or reactivate/unlock your account.

Please provide a copy of your photo ID to us in a format that meets the following criteria:

  • photo quality, in color (not a photocopy)
  • placed on a dark background
  • all edges and corners visible.
  • front and back if a card or fully open if a passport
  • latin characters
